North Fork Group Announces Consolidation
The North Fork Group, the majority owned Australian subsidiary of Nishio Rent All Co Ltd – the 8th largest general equipment rental company in the world is very pleased to announce the consolidation of Fork Force Australia, Lencrow Material Handing and Hystandard Handling Equipment. The consolidated group of companies will transition to Fork Force Australia, during the 2021 financial year.
This integration is just one step in the direction of Fork Force Australia’s vision as the leading supplier in the material handling sector, following the acquisitions in 2018 with Hystandard Handling Equipment and Lencrow Material Handing in 2019, which has resulted in the combined forklift fleet circa 4,000 units.
More importantly, according to North Fork Group and Fork Force Australia Managing Director, Steve Cunliffe, the combined forklift fleet along with the extended product range and branch network, strengthens its compelling and unique value proposition. “The consolidation marks another milestone and is an important step for Fork Force Australia in cementing itself as a leading alternative independent Material Handling provider, by harnessing our collective strengths and delivering innovative solutions to the market”.
To provide a more consistent customer experience, yet preserve the legacies of each individual business which customers have dealt with for many years, Fork Force Australia will continue to adopt best practise from each business and more importantly, leverage this collaborative culture to harness collective business strengths and provide an elevated offering for all customers.
To enable the market facing integration of the companies, we are excited to announce a number of branch network changes, listed below:
The Sydney branches have moved into one mega site, now located at 166 Newton Road, Wetherill Park, New South Wales. The Melbourne branches, previously in Hallam and Bayswater will now operate from one large site at 23 Monash Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria. The Adelaide branch has moved to 10 – 12 Ninth Street, Wingfield, South Australia and following construction of new facilities in Brisbane, the Archerfield branch has moved into the Fork Force Australia Head Office situated at 41 Radius Drive, Larapinta, Queensland.
According to Cunliffe, these upgrades unlock great potential, which was limited by operating in separate branches scattered across the country. “This is an exciting development for the business as it embarks on our next phase of growth, as one united team, under one roof”.
Although Fork Force Australia has always prided itself on customer service, this new chapter will further empower the front line in providing an even greater customer experience and doing so more consistently across the board.
