1. Goods returned within 7 days be exempt of handling charge.
2. All goods returned 7 to 14 days will incur 10% of handling charge.
3. Goods must be in original packaging, unaltered and undamaged.
4. No credits will be allowed in any circumstances for the following points:
   • Goods returned after 14 days.
   • Any item purchased from the Overseas or Interstate
   • Electrical goods
   • Used items
   • Special ordered goods procured at customer’s request
5. Claims considered only with original invoice.
